Return Window & EU Right of Withdrawal

  • 14-Day Return Period: You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
  • For EU Customers: Under EU consumer protection laws, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days, without needing to provide a reason.
  • Condition for Returns: Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
  • Exceptions: Custom or made-to-order pieces may not be eligible for return.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order number, or other documentation confirming your purchase is required.

Return Authorization

  • Request a Return: Before sending any items back, you must obtain a Return Authorization by emailing us at info@saluxe.eu.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Packages returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to a confirmed defect, damage, or shipping error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • International Returns: If returning from outside the EU, any customs fees or import taxes related to the return are the buyer’s responsibility.

Inspection & Restocking

  • Inspection Upon Receipt: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email if your refund is approved.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns that are not defective. This fee helps cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.

Refund Process

  • Payment Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • Delayed Refunds: If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at info@saluxe.eu.

Damages & Defects

  • Inspection on Delivery: Please carefully inspect your order upon arrival. If you notice any damage or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@saluxe.eu with photos/videos so we can resolve the issue.
  • Return Shipping Coverage: If your order was damaged in transit or sent incorrectly, we will cover return shipping costs or provide a replacement.

Exclusions & Special Cases

  • Custom Orders: Items manufactured or customized according to your personal requirements may not be eligible for return.
  • Product Condition: If an item is returned damaged, used beyond normal inspection, or improperly handled, we reserve the right to partially or fully decline the refund in compliance with EU consumer protection laws.
