Shipping Regions & Costs
- Free EU Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping on all orders delivered within the European Union. No minimum purchase is required.
- International Shipping: For orders outside the EU, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied by their country.
Order Processing Times
- Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- Special/Large Items: Pieces requiring custom wooden crates or gift boxes may take an additional 2–3 days to prepare. If extended processing is required, we will notify you.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We work with trusted carriers such as FedEx, GLS, DPD, and other reliable services, depending on the destination and package size.
- EU Deliveries: Typically arrive within 3–7 business days from the shipping date.
- Non-EU Deliveries: Times vary by destination; most parcels arrive within 7–14 business days, though customs clearance and local processing can affect these estimates.
- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.
Customs & Import Taxes
- EU Orders: As an EU-based business, no additional customs fees apply for shipments within EU member states.
- Non-EU Orders: Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may be applied by their local government. We recommend checking your country’s import policies before purchase.
- Delays Due to Customs: We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
Shipping Insurance & Packaging
- Secure Packaging: Each gemstone is carefully packaged to minimize risk of damage in transit. Large or high-value items may be shipped in reinforced crates or custom-fit wooden boxes.
- Insurance: Depending on the order value and destination, parcels may be automatically insured. If you have specific insurance requests, please contact us prior to shipping.
Failed Deliveries & Address Issues
- Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or undeliverable, reshipment costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.
