Shipping Regions & Costs
- Free EU Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping on all orders delivered within the European Union. No minimum purchase is required.
- Shipping Outside the EU: Our delivery service is primarily designed for the European Union. However, if you wish to order from outside the EU, please contact us at info@saluxe.eu. We will be happy to arrange a custom shipping solution just for you.
Order Processing Times
- Standard Processing: Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is received. The range reflects the different packaging requirements across our range — smaller pieces ship sooner, while larger geodes and items requiring custom wooden crates or gift boxes need additional preparation time.
- Large & Special Items: Pieces requiring custom wooden crates or gift boxes may need additional preparation time beyond the standard window. If extended processing is required, we’ll notify you.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Origin
Depending on the piece, your order may be dispatched directly from our location in Slovenia or from one of the trusted partners we work with. Either way, it’s someone we know personally and stand behind. If you’d like to know where your specific order will ship from before purchasing, contact us and we’ll confirm it for you.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We work with trusted carriers such as FedEx, GLS, DPD, and other reliable services, depending on the destination and package size.
- EU Deliveries: Typically arrive within 1–7 business days from the shipping date.
- Non-EU Deliveries: Times vary by destination; most parcels arrive within 7–14 business days, though customs clearance and local processing can affect these estimates.
- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.
Customs & Import Taxes
- EU Orders: As an EU-based business, no additional customs fees apply for shipments within EU member states.
- Non-EU Orders: Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may be applied by their local government. We recommend checking your country’s import policies before purchase. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
Shipping Insurance & Packaging
- Secure Packaging: Each gemstone is carefully packaged to minimize risk of damage in transit. Large or high-value items may be shipped in reinforced crates or custom-fit wooden boxes.
- Insurance: Standard orders are shipped without additional insurance. For higher-value amethyst pieces, we arrange shipment insurance ourselves at no extra cost to you. If you have any specific insurance or delivery requests, please contact us prior to shipping.
Failed Deliveries & Address Issues
- Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or undeliverable, reshipment costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Compliance with EU Consumer Rights
We adhere to relevant EU directives on consumer protection and e-commerce, including the right to clear product information, transparent pricing, and timely deliveries.
Any claims or disputes regarding shipping will be handled in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
