Nóra Baka is a Hungarian self-taught artist based in Lenti, in the Zala region of western Hungary. Her work brings together painting and crystal art through a distinctive approach she developed herself, combining acrylic, minerals, and crystals in one expressive medium.
As Nóra describes her process:
"I carry the information of minerals and crystals onto the canvas through acrylic paint, together with my own subconscious and unconscious thoughts, feelings, and experiences — with a touch of magic, and guided freehand by the flow of vibrations. This is why every piece is unique and cannot be repeated. My paintings also include special, intuitive, and partly secret techniques. Music is an organic part of my creative process, although at times the sound of silence is just as inspiring."
