Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy the Saluxe Nightfall Crystal Box from us as a consumer, for delivery to an EU country we ship to. The box costs €88 and is a one-off purchase, with no subscription.

Who We Are

Your seller is Saluxe, Andrejka Söke s.p., a Slovenian sole proprietorship owned by Andrejka Söke. Henrik Söke runs the business.

The Box

Nightfall is a collection of four natural crystals, with a wooden base and stand, an abalone shell on a wooden tripod, two palo santo sticks, two incense sticks, a velvet pouch and a printed leaflet. See the box contents for the product description.

Natural stones vary in shape, color and size, so each piece will differ a little from the photographs. The goods must still match the agreed description.

Prices and Delivery Charges

The box’s final price is €88, including VAT, in every EU country we deliver to. The VAT breakdown appears at checkout. Delivery is charged separately; the delivery charge and full total are shown before you pay.

Ordering and the Contract

You can check out as a guest, without creating an account. Before placing your order, you can review and correct the contents, delivery details and total.

When you click the order button at checkout, labeled “Place order and pay”, you offer to buy the box on these terms. The contract is made when we email you to confirm the order. If we can’t accept it, for example because the box has sold out, we’ll tell you and refund anything you paid.

The order confirmation will include your order details and the terms that apply to it.

Payment

Payment is handled by our payment providers, using the methods shown at checkout.

Delivery

We pack and ship every box ourselves from Lendava, Slovenia. Available countries, charges, dispatch and delivery estimates, tracking, and help with missing or damaged parcels are explained on our Delivery page.

We remain responsible for the goods until you, or a person you name, receive them.

Your Right to Withdraw

You have 14 days from the day you, or a person you name other than the carrier, receive the box to tell us you wish to withdraw, without giving a reason. You then have 14 days to send it back. You pay the direct return postage.

We refund the purchase price and standard outbound delivery cost within 14 days of your notice, although we may wait for the goods or proof of sending. See Returns and Withdrawal for the full process, handling rules and model form.

The Legal Guarantee

The box has a two-year legal guarantee for non-conformity under ZVPot-1. We are responsible for faults present at delivery that become apparent within that period. The remedies can include free repair or replacement, a price reduction or a refund, depending on the legal conditions. See Faults and Damage for how to contact us and make a claim.

Health and Safe Use

Crystals and the optional ritual are not medical treatment or a substitute for medical advice. We make no claims that they diagnose, prevent or treat any health condition. Follow the care and safety instructions supplied with the box, including those for burning palo santo.

Crystal Cleanse

Crystal Cleanse is a separate free app. It is optional and is not part of your box purchase. You can use the box and leaflet without it.

Liability and Your Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it, or removes your mandatory consumer rights, including rights for non-delivery and faulty goods.

Your Personal Data

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your data to handle orders and inquiries. Buying a box does not sign you up for marketing. The Saluxe Newsletter requires a separate, optional signup and email confirmation.

Complaints and Disputes

If something is wrong, please contact info@saluxe.eu first so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from using any other remedy available by law.

Slovenian law applies to the contract. This choice does not take away the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you habitually live. It does not restrict your right to bring a claim in a court available to you under applicable consumer law.

You may seek out-of-court consumer dispute resolution.

Language and Changes

The language of these terms and the contract is English.

We may update these terms for future orders. The version provided with your order applies to that purchase; later changes do not alter an existing contract.
