How We Use AI

We want to treat you the way we’d like other shops to treat us: with respect, helpfulness, honesty and transparency. So here is where we use AI.

Images

We use AI mostly for images. It turns photos of our actual products into studio images, and it creates a setting when we don’t have the right one to photograph. We also edit photos in software with AI tools, usually when the lighting isn’t right.

When an image shows something you can buy, it shows it as you’ll receive it. A setting made with AI is just the background around it.

What We Don’t Change

AI never removes a stone’s small imperfections or makes it look like a better stone than it is. Those marks are part of each piece, and we leave them in. Natural stones also vary in shape, color and size, so yours will differ a little from the ones pictured.

Writing and Translation

We write the text on this site ourselves, or start from our own ideas, and AI helps us edit, proofread and translate it. Some translations are reviewed by professional translators. Others we check ourselves, in the languages we speak: English, Slovenian, German, Hungarian and Croatian.
